Each end of the strap has a sewn loop (cinch) so the strap will accommodate any mat size. It is made with an attached small zippered bag that holds the strap when not in use for easy storage. When using the strap to carry your mat, use the attached zippered bag to hold your keys or other small items to, from, and during your session.
