Breathwork & Sound Bath

This session combines guided breathwork with immersive sound to help you slow down and reset.
We’ll begin with structured breathing techniques that gently activate and then settle the nervous system. Conscious breathing can help release physical tension, improve focus, and shift you out of stress mode.
After the breathwork, you’ll lie down and listen to live sound instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, harp, chimes and more. The sustained tones and vibrations support deep relaxation and allow the body to rest while the mind becomes quiet.
This is a simple, accessible practice. No performance, no expectations — just time to pause and let your system recalibrate.
Please bring something comfortable to lie on and an extra layer to stay warm.
