Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is a moving meditation, designed to diminish stress, improve sleep, lower anxiety, magnify healing, and encourage balanced moods. The gentle, slow movements, coupled with long, deep breathing, dissolve blockages and tonify energy in the energetic rivers throughout our bodies. An amazing alternative to acupuncture (no needles involved!), Qigong helps us become more embodied and remember the essence of who we are.
