Bhakti Yoga

Intro to Bhakti Yoga class description:
Starting with Kirtan and mindfulness.
Then teaching bhakti yoga in a devotional style and helping the individual design and build their own daily devotional practice around the things they already do in their daily routines. To make thinking of God more organic and fluid and naturally flowing throughout their day.
The Bhakti Yoga process helps to build the pathways in the mind and then strengthen those pathways which become more of a grounding and coping mechanism for the individual daily. The overall outcome is a greater sense of peace and well being permeating from the inside and increasing each day.
