The 8 Sabbats:
Samhain (Witches New Year) - October 31
Known as the witches' New Year, Samhain is a time to honor ancestors, reflect on the past year, and prepare for the darker half of the year. In this workshop, you’ll create a wreath with seasonal foliage, crystals, and charms, celebrating the mystical transition of Samhain.
Yule (Winter Solstice) - December 20-23
Yule marks the rebirth of the Sun and the return of light. This is a time for reflection, renewal, and celebrating the promise of new beginnings. We'll create winter wreaths using evergreens, candles, and symbols of light and rebirth.
Imbolc - February 1-2
Imbolc celebrates the first stirrings of spring and the return of life after winter. The wreath will feature elements of purification, new growth, and fire, reflecting Brigid's energy as the goddess of inspiration and healing.
Ostara (Spring Equinox) - March 20-23
Ostara is a time of balance between light and dark, celebrating fertility, renewal, and growth. In this workshop, we’ll craft wreaths that incorporate spring flowers, eggs, and symbols of awakening and potential.
Beltane - April 30-May 1
Beltane celebrates love, passion, and the height of spring. This vibrant holiday calls for wreaths filled with flowers, ribbons, and symbols of fire and fertility, invoking joy, creativity, and the energy of union.
Litha (Summer Solstice) - June 20-23
Litha celebrates the peak of the Sun's power, with themes of abundance, protection, and joy. Wreaths will incorporate solar symbols, herbs, and flowers, representing the full bloom of life and vitality.
Lughnasadh (Lammas) - August 1
Lughnasadh marks the first harvest, a time of gratitude and abundance. Our wreaths will be adorned with grains, fruits, and harvest symbols, honoring the fruits of our labor and the Earth's generosity.
Mabon (Autumn Equinox) - September 20-23
Mabon is the second harvest, a time of balance, reflection, and giving thanks. Wreaths will feature autumn leaves, nuts, berries, and symbols of gratitude as we honor the balance between light and dark.
This series is perfect for anyone looking to connect with the changing seasons, deepen their spiritual practice, and create beautiful, meaningful crafts. Join us and celebrate the magic of the Wheel of the Year!
