Qigong Amongst The Crystals Sunday 10:30 a.m.



Join us Sunday at 10 am for a mindful movement meditation, to relieve stress and aliven the senses.  Qigong consists of forms of meditative, gentle exercises that have a direct effect on our energetic bodies.  Through the connection of body and breath, we stimulate shifts in our energy levels and the way our energy flows.  This allows us to achieve greater levels of balance, health, and inner peace.  Each class will consist of movement followed by stillness, to allow the energy to integrate and the reemergence into daily life to be more fulfilling.  

 

Beginners are welcome – all may go at their own pace.  Accommodations will also be offered for those in need.  Bring a yoga mat with you and wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.

There will be limited space available each week, so please register in advance.   Energy exchange is $22.  Come experience with us!
